Shipping - Latin and non-Latin
My carrier Sendle, requests that when filling out your address that its in the Latin alphabet. I have copied and pasted the direct information from Sendle below explaining it.
When booking orders with Sendle, you must use Latin characters only. Latin characters are the letters that comprise of the Latin alphabet, being A-Z.
Examples of words that use non-Latin characters are Chinese (你好) and Arabic (مرحبا). These will not be accepted as they do not transfer across to our labels in the way that they are written.
We'd hate for anything to slow down or hinder your delivery, so we will only accept Latin characters. However, characters with accents, like á, é, í, ó, and ú, are fine to use.
IMPORTANT: Oddly my website won't allow me to fix this in shipping. It will take a bit longer for me to ship your items if your address isn't in Latin and I have to email you about it.
Shipping Delivery
Rough shipping estimates are provided below. Please note that these estimates are for once they have been picked up by the carrier and they do not take into account packing.
Australia 2 - 5 Working Days
New Zealand 4 - 6 Working Days
North America, Asia and the Pacific 6 -13 Working Days
Rest of the World 10 - 15 Working Days
All shipping comes with tracking. If ordered on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will most likely be shipped on the following Monday. I will try my best to ship out your orders as soon as possible.
I no longer ship to the UK or the EU due to VAT charges.
STICKERS
Economy Air Post, due to the low cost, no tracking will be provided. Estimated delivery time is 10+ days.
UPDATE: Due to COVID, shipping prices have increased and delays in transit.
Returns
All sales are considered final and all pins are sold as described. If however you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me an email detailing your concerns. Once you have contacted me please allow up to five business days for a response - I will try and answer all queries as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for all return packing and shipping costs. I currently do not offer exchanges. If you are returning an item please send them safely back. PINS should be shipped in a padded envelope. PRINTS should be shipped in the original tube or a cardboard envelope. IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT fold prints into envelopes as this will forfeit your refund. The cost of items will be refunded via two methods: the original direct debit or via pay-pal. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Cancellation
If for whatever reason you need to cancel you order, it must be done before the courier receives your order. It is vital you send me an email with "!!! *order reference* CANCELLATION" as the subject. I will make efforts to cancel before it reaches the courier. Unfortunately if you order has already left me, I am unable to cancel your order.
STICKERS
There are no returns on stickers, due to the low cost of the stickers and to keep cost low for customers, it is BUY AT OWN RISK as once sent I cannot follow up with it.

Shipping and Returns
Sticker will be sent with Economy Air, due to the low cost, tracking cannot be provided. Estimated delivery time is 10+ days. (This could also take up to 2 MONTHS) Due to the delivery possibly being 2 months, once purchased and sent I cannot be liable with the package after. This also means I will not be issuing refunds or returns for stickers, once bought sale is final.
If you purchase stickers with a pin, this will provide tracking and I can offer returns or refunds if something has happened to your package as I can investigate it on my side.
Card fee
There is no longer any card fees. By going through Shopify payments and Paypal the cost of card payment fee is avoided.
